Fulmer kicked him off the team. There were allegations that he was having a sexual affair with his principal in high school and she had alltered his grades. So he was already in hot water. About a week later, he got a DUI in Knoxville. So, Fulmer sent him packing.

It said in the paper today that he was a redshirt FR so, I would think that he would have enrolled.

He had moved into the dorms, but hadn't attended any classes. So, his eligibility clock hadn't started. It's a sad situation. His dad is good friends with Fulmer and both of his parents were UT grads. I think both were lettermen as well.

So if his eligibility clock hadn't started he should be able to go right in and play at Marshall? He looks to be a good athlete. I was hoping VT would pull him away from UT last year.
